Ivory roaches make great feeders, but they are often kept as pets because of their beauty. Nymphs start out smaller than dubia, but grow to be larger than adult dubia. Adults have orange patterns on their pronotum and have light tan, “ivory” wings. This species appreciates a wide variety of fruits and vegetables such as oranges, bananas, carrots, potatoes, or apples. These roaches should have a substrate like coco fiber to burrow into.
