Flat horn hissers are dark red hissers that have a sort of “squeaky” hiss. They appreciate a bit of substrate and a more moist environment that most hisser species. This is a beautiful species of hisser and its ease of care makes it a great first pet insect.

Halloween hissing cockroaches appreciate a wide variety of fruits and vegetables such as oranges, bananas, apples, carrots, or potatoes.  This species can live at room temperature, but prefers temperatures of 80-85°F in order to breed readily.
